Bounce Boat FAQs
Is there a minimum age to board the Bounce Boat?
Most Bounce Boat are 21 or older. Please check the individual event’s age restrictions, as we do have some 18 or older events. Before boarding, every attendee must present a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID are US or Canadian Drivers license or Passport.
Does Bounce Boat have a dress code?
Yes. Dress code is casual summer chic; please use your best judgment! No need for a suit and tie, but baseball caps and flip flops won’t fly!
When should I arrive to board the boat?
Boarding time for each event will be stated in your email confirmation ticket, as well as the online ticket purchasing portal. Please be aware of the boarding time window which is typically 1 hour long. Bounce Boats will leave the dock on the times listed for each event. Your ticket is not refundable if you miss the boat’s departure. Once the dock gates are closed you will no longer have access to the boat, so we do suggest that you arrive early to ensure entrance onto the Bounce Boat.
What time do we dock/arrive back from the party?
Each event may have a different docking time, but you can expect to be back between 1am-3am.
Where will the boat leave from? How do I get there?
Most Bounce Boat events leave from Pier 36: 299 South St, New York, NY 1002. However, it’s important to review the departure information in your email confirmation ticket as, on occasion, our events may depart from different docks.
Pier 36 is right off the FDR near Chinatown. The nearest subway station is the (F) East Broadway stop or the (F/J/M/Z) Delancey St/Essex St stop.
Are credit cards accepted on board Bounce Boat?
Yes, all major credit cards are accepted.
Is smoking permitted on Bounce Boat?
